Moira Ellis joined the Speech & Hearing Sciences faculty as a Clinical Instructor/Lecturer following 6 years as a contract SLP with Albuquerque Public Schools. She also provides direct services for adults with developmental disabilities. Professional areas of interest include the impact of trauma on communication in school-age children, language acquisition and development in Native American children, higher education and employment support for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and using technology to improve therapeutic outcomes for people of all ages with communication disorders.
