Lauril Sachet is a Clinical Instructor/Lecturer in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences. Prior to her career as a SLP, Lauril was an English as a Second Language instructor teaching both within the U.S. and abroad. She received her M.S. in medical Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington then came to Albuquerque where she began her career at the Veterans Affairs hospital. Her areas of professional interest include: head and neck cancer, adult dysphagia, voice and upper airway disorders, transgender voice training, accent modification, and international SLP involvement.
